Staying Consistent — Day 2 of My Journey

Yesterday, I couldn’t find the time to write, but today I’m back — continuing my journey, one day at a time.

This morning didn’t go exactly as planned. I couldn’t wake up early as I had hoped, and I missed my usual yoga session. But instead of letting that set the tone for the entire day, I chose to keep things steady.

I had a proper breakfast and got ready for work on time. The day went by smoothly, and on my way back from the office around 5:00 PM, I had a guava — light, fresh, and refreshing. In the evening, I enjoyed some tea and snacks at home, which helped me relax after the day.

One thing I’m truly happy about today: I didn’t chew gutka at all — a small but meaningful win. It may seem insignificant, but for me, it's a strong reminder that I’m making conscious choices.

Since I missed yoga in the morning, I made up for it by practicing in the evening instead. It wasn’t perfect, but I showed up — and that’s what counts.

Reflections

Every day won’t be ideal, and not every plan will go as expected. But what matters most is showing up, adjusting, and staying committed. Today may not have started strong, but I ended it with purpose — and that’s good enough for now.
