The Beginning of My Journey and Mission

Today marks the beginning of something I’ve been planning for a while — starting my new blog, My Journey, My Mission. With this post, I take my first step toward documenting my goals, struggles, and progress.

It’s July 24th, and this morning I weighed myself — my current weight is approximately 54.7 to 54.8 kg. My next target is to reach 55.5 kg by July 31st. Yes, I know that sounds like a small gain, but for me, it's a milestone in my journey toward a healthier and more balanced life.

To stay committed to this goal, I started my morning today with purpose. I woke up at 7:00 AM and dedicated an hour from 7 to 8 AM for yoga practice. It felt like the perfect way to set the tone for the day — focused, calm, and determined.

This blog will be my space to reflect, track progress, and stay motivated. Whether it’s about health, personal growth, or life lessons, I’m excited to share my journey and mission with you all.

A Look Into My Day

After finishing my yoga session, I had a cup of tea and a couple of boiled eggs to kickstart my day. Soon after, I left for work. On my way, I had a glass of sattu (roasted gram flour drink) — a simple but energizing addition to my morning routine.

Breakfast felt nourishing and helped me stay on track with my nutrition. For lunch, I had a simple rice meal that felt just right — not too heavy, but enough to keep me going. Later in the evening, while returning home, I picked up a light snack — a cabbage cutlet — something quick and filling.

After returning from the office at night, I had rice with tok doi (tangy curd). What made dinner a little special was some freshly cooked mangsho (meat) — it added a warm and comforting touch to end the day.

Reflections

I’ll admit, I did chew a couple of gutkas today — a habit I need to work on. But despite that, I feel like I managed the day well. I stayed mindful, active, and connected to my goals.

This is just the beginning of a journey that I hope will bring clarity, health, and growth into my life — one day at a time.
